Jennifer Hall

Energy Therapy Practitioner

Like many other people who have found their way to energy work, it was by way of looking for a solution for myself that did not exist in conventional medicine.  After going to a University pain clinic in hopes it might help with the chronic pain I experienced resulting from an accident I was in as a young girl, I was first introduced to hypnosis.

This was the first bit of relief I had after 20 years of constant headaches, neck, shoulder and back pain.  I had been to doctor after doctor searching for answers.  The medications they prescribed were expensive, ineffective and had undesirable side effects.  In addition, surgical solutions were experimental, risky and with uncertain outcomes.  Hypnosis was the first treatment I found that helped alleviate my pain.  Continuing my search for greater relief I began learning as much as I could about other therapies and healing techniques.  Today I live a very happy and restored life that in my early years I never thought would be possible.

My desire to help, not only those who find themselves at dead ends where they can find no viable solutions, but to share my knowledge in helping people develop strategies for maintaining balance in their everyday health and well being.

I’ve learned that each of us can find more deep and complete healing through understanding yourself as a whole person.  I help you sort out any non beneficial emotions, beliefs about yourself or your life that might be limiting you, re-wire subconscious patterns, and change those troublesome inner voices that keep tripping you up.  I supply you with tools and give the support you need to trigger your own innate wisdom to heal, to re-balance and reclaim your best life.

I use a gentle, creative and intuitive approach to healing.  Working together I help you identify and release what may be preventing you from leading a more healthy, fulfilled and contented life.  My goal is to help you find the path to where you most desire to be.
